Tyra Banks has severed ties with her long-time manager Benny Medina.

Apparently, Mr. Medina was getting a lil' bit beside himself.

According to the execs from TelePictures, which syndicates Tyra's show:

"His perk list is bigger than hers," said the source. "Everything from private jets and votive candles that the staff has to light before he gets to the set. He forgot who the star was."

A source for the New York Daily News says that the split was amicable.

Awww...and just a couple months ago everything was good between them.
